| The history of Chemical Engineering Faculty |
Faculty of Chemical Engineering was established in January 1994 and started its activities with admission of B.Sc. students. Later on, in 2001 the first group of M.Sc. students was admitted to the faculty; this was followed by admission of Ph.D. students in 2005.
The mission of Faculty of Chemical Engineering of Babol Noshirvani University of Technology is to train human resources who can extend knowledge and its application beyond the boundaries of its campus. It aims to stimulate the society by developing students’ intellectual, cultural, scientific, professional and technological expertise. Within this broad mission are methods of instruction, research and extended training designed to educate people and improve the human condition.
The academic staff of Faculty of Chemical Engineering consists of 21 members, including 5 professors, 4 associate professors, 11 assistant professors and 1 lecturer.
